General information

To make things simpler here are the basic details regarding delivery.

Please note we cannot offer collection of goods from our site.

We offer kerb-side delivery only as our lorries are 7 - 8 metres long and 2.4 metres wide (bigger than your average bin lorry!)  With this in mind please let us know if there are any access issues when ordering.  We need to be able to get in and out of your location, if you are unsure please ask and we will check for you.  If your delivery will be made by a grab arm lorry then high fences and overhead cables can be a safety issue.  We are able to drop your delivery 3 - 4 metres from the vehicle using the grab arm, providing there are no restrictions.  The same also applies to collections.

Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.  You do not need to be home for delivery or collection, unless there are access issues where we need your guidance.  We are able to guarantee a delivery day upon booking but we cannot advise a time slot.
